We welcome any feedback, suggestions or comments from our patients, both positive and negative, about our services. We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practicice.

We take complaints very seriously. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received please let our Practice Manager know as soon as possible. You can do this by telephone or if you prefer in writing.

We operate a practice complaint procedure as part of an NHS complaints system, which meets national criteria. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible and all complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence.

GP patient survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
