Missing or Incorrect Covid-19 Vaccination Records

The Vaccination Data Resolution Service (VDRS) aims to resolve missing or incorrect Covid-19 vaccination records for people vaccinated in England (not abroad), who have a current NHS number and are registered with a GP practice in England.  If you were given a Covid-19 vaccination abroad there is a separate service to tell the NHS about this.

If a patient believes they have missing or incorrect COVID-19 vaccination data:

  • Call 119
  • Select option 1 (England)
  • Select option 4 (To report an issue with your COVID vaccination record)
  • Ask to speak to the Vaccination Data Resolution Service (VDRS). You should get a call back within 21 days.
