We take complaints very seriously. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received please let our Practice Manager know as soon as possible. You can do this by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. We also have a patient complaint form available if you would prefer to use this.
We operate a practice complaint procedure as part of an NHS complaints system, which meets national criteria. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible and all complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence.
