Complaints, Compliments & Suggestions

We welcome any feedback, suggestions or comments from our patients, both positive and negative, about our practice and services. Please telephone or write to our Practice Manager.

We take complaints very seriously. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received please let our Practice Manager know.  You can do this by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing.  We operate a practice complaint procedure as part of an NHS complaints system, which meets national criteria.  We also have a patient complaint form available if you would prefer to use this, please ask at reception.  Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible and all complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence.
